Social Prescribing Community Referrers
NouYou CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We function through the freely given time of our dedicated volunteer base of wellbeing professionals, donations, grants and through the income generated by room hire. all of which enables us to function as a social prescribing, free-at-the-point-of-contact, provision that can accept a flow of community referrals towards us for a range of health and wellbeing services that we have scheduled to offer our local community.
We have established, and continue to engage in developing, a dedicated intimate relationship with link workers/ social prescribers in order to successfully coordinate a person-centred health and wellbeing service for those referred in order to minimise the risk of patients losing motivation and returning to their GP.
